1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TracknRent Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. About TracknRent

TracknRent is a rental management software platform that helps businesses:

• Automate record-keeping and inventory tracking
• Manage client bookings and event schedules
• Track payments and generate receipts
• Monitor stock availability in real-time
• Streamline operational workflows for the rental economy

Our platform is designed for event rental companies, equipment rental businesses, and service providers in the circular economy.

3. Eligibility

To use TracknRent, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind your business or organization
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

4. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate registration information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. TracknRent is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Business Membership

Business owners may invite partners and staff to their workspace. Once a user joins through a valid invite, they become part of the workspace with permissions determined by their assigned role.

TracknRent reserves the right to revoke access to any user suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Business owners are responsible for the actions of their team members.

TracknRent offers three primary user roles:

7. Subscription & Payments

Some features of TracknRent require a paid subscription. All fees are displayed transparently before payment. Pricing plans are subject to change with notice.

• Subscription Fees: Charged on a recurring basis according to your selected plan
• Payment Terms: Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Currency: All fees are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

9. Data Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable data protection laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that any customer data they upload is lawfully collected and processed.

• Data Use: Data is used to operate, improve, and personalize the Service
• Data Sharing: We do not sell your data to third parties
• Data Retention: Data is retained as long as your account is active

10. Intellectual Property

All software code, UI design, platform infrastructure, and related materials remain the exclusive property of TracknRent. Users may not copy, sell, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

• Our IP: All trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by TracknRent
• User Content: You retain ownership of data you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service
• Feedback: Any feedback you provide becomes our property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TracknRent and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Loss of data or system downtime
• Damages exceeding the total fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TracknRent and its employees, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your content or data uploaded to the platform

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required by law to do so

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination if permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

If you are accessing the Service from outside Nigeria, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
